Questions
How does the {deposit} deposit work?
You pay $50 online to book, and it goes toward your total. For the $130 first-time set, the remaining $80 is due at the end of your appointment.
What if I don't like my set?
It's free. Tell me before you leave and I'll adjust it. Still not in love? You skip the $80 and I refund your $50 deposit.
What is your cancellation and reschedule policy?
Cancel at least 48 hours ahead and your $50 deposit is refunded; reschedule at least 48 hours ahead and it moves to the new time. Cancellations, reschedules or no-shows with less than 48 hours' notice forfeit the deposit.
What happens if I'm running late?
DM me on Instagram. There's a 15-minute grace period; after that, the appointment may be shortened or rescheduled under the 48-hour deposit policy.
What lashes and glue do you use?
Korean PBT lash fibers sourced directly from my manufacturer, and an allergy-free glue. They're lightweight, so your lashes never feel heavy.
What if I have allergies or sensitive eyes?
I use allergy-free glue, and a patch test is available on request at least 48 hours before your appointment. Tell me about any allergies or eye conditions when you book, especially past reactions to lash glue. Please reschedule if you have an eye infection or recent eye surgery.
Do lash artists need a license in California?
Yes. California requires a cosmetology or esthetician license to apply lash extensions. I'm a licensed esthetician, license Z158232, which you can verify at search.dca.ca.gov.
How long do lash extensions last?
They shed with your natural lashes, so most clients get a fill every 2 to 3 weeks. Fills work up to 5 weeks; after that you'll need a full set.
How do I choose a lash style?
Classic is most natural, hybrid a little fuller, volume and mega volume fuller and darker, and wispy, wet and anime add texture. Every style is $130 on your first visit.
What if I have no style in mind?
DM me photos of looks you like on Instagram and I'll create a custom look. This website never asks you to upload photos.
When are you available?
Sunday through Wednesday, 9am to 7pm, in Woodland Hills. Need another day or time? DM me on Instagram. I'm flexible.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Come with clean, makeup-free eyes and no mascara. Plan for 2.5 to 3 hours lying down. Water, free parking and a face care consultation are included.
